inches long; Third Avenue Railway System #280. HISTORY OF CLARENCE L. GROFF: When Mr. Groff was 4 years old his father died. At that time his mother noticed his distress and purchased a toy trolley push car. He had this toy all his life. After Mr. Groff retired, he electrified the push toy. He also, after retirement, began making model trolley cars of Hershey, Palmyra and surrounding towns. In February, 2009 Mr. Groff died at the age of 102. The 11 model trolley cars are the trolleys he refused to sell while he was living. Don’t miss this opportunity to see Mr. Groff’s final collection sold at absolute auction.
